For The People is a draft only table beer fermented primarily in stainless with a kviek strain and a supplement of house cultures. Into this younger beer was blended a small portion of more acidic, mature oak-aged saison.

Had on tap. Clear golden body, white head, web of lacing. Smells is an explosion of sour fruit: apricot, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and guava, with light grain forward yeast contrasting a bit. Taste is much the same, add some lime and green apple accenting the fruit. Sour and acidic but in a manageable way in a light body, super bright, clean. Excellent sour table beer, need this style on BA #SeatAtTheTable
