Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a Will Becher glass. It pours an almost clear, grassy golden yellow color with a modest, milk white head and minimal lacing. Its smell includes lemon peel, coriander, and faint spicy hops. The taste is crisp with tart lemon over a crackery malt base. The Belgian farmhouse spicing is evident but mellow. The mouth feel is very lite with lively carbonation, and at 4.3% ABV it is extremely drinkable. Overall, Wash is a nice change of pace beer and I commend Autodidact for brewing the rather obscure style of Grisette.
