Treefingers is brewed with a grist of Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, Flaked Wheat, and Spelt, and then gently hopped with 3 variants of Saaz hops. We ferment this farmhouse ale on our favorite French saison yeast for a mix of clove and peppery spice on the nose, with a wonderful floral and delicately sweet feel on the palate. When then let it carbonate slightly higher than usual for a clean, crisp, and effervescent finish.

Very drinkable, the most unique beer I had here today. White pepper. Would go well with spicy food or sushi. On tap at the source. Hits the saison overall target.
