Standard golden orange hue with a slightly fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is intense and funky. Goat cheese / brie, hay & wildflowers, barnyard (yeah, a bit manurey in the same way many ripe cheeses can be). Taste follows but adds a lof of spice notes- clove, nutmeg, white pepper. Finishes with a blast of oak, wine barrel with granny smith / lemon zest / anjou pear. Impressive ... reminds me of some of the BA saisons from Upright.

Bright golden yellow in color. Fairly hazy in appearance. Brett, lemon juice, and granny smith apple. Touch of white wine acidity. Almost no sweetness. Dry.

Pour is hazed yellowish amber and a tight white head. Nose is a bit hay like, moderately acidic, manure/hint of bile, moderate farmhouse yeast and grassy hops. Taste follows suit, moderate acidity, present farmhouse notes, hay, a hint of bile, light notes of tropical fruit, grassy and slightly bitter finish. Light body, assertive carb,

Poured from the bottle into a teku, this is a bottle conditioned ale. Some funky yeast sediment floats around. An unfiltered blonde body with bubbles that surround the edges.
The aroma is funky and sour, a nice saison aroma too. The taste matches the aroma with a nice carbonation too. Delicious. As far as the barrel aged aspect, don't really taste any oak, but that's okay.
