This was the first of the special brews tapped on Central Waters 10th Anniversary. Like their other "tripel", it is hard to classify appropriately. Their description: Belgian Tripel fermented with peaches and aged in a new charred oak cask.
Interesting color is mostly golden, but the multiple highlights include amber and orange. Nice head retains well.
Aroma, just like the palate are peculiar; fruity indeed, with peaches obviously and other fruits, but well balanced by a nice maltiness, although still finishing mildly sweet.
I wish i will have another chance to try this one, it would probably go well with dessert.
