Tame the dragon. This New England-style IPA is brewed with dragonfruit and Sichuan peppercorns for a mouth tingling, fruit forward experience. Hopped with Ekuanot, Simcoe, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops, this is an exotic take on the style.

So much carbonation it killed what otherwise would have been a pretty good beer.

This beer pours a hazy orange with a smallish head. The aroma is floral and tropical, with guava, passion fruit, mango, and a peaky spiciness. The flavor has lots of orange, mango, guava, passion fruit, and the peaky spice that must be peppercorn. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with gentle carbonation. Overall a tasty hazy IPA with a nice unique twist.

OMG! Central Waters never ceases to amaze me. This is a very fine NE Style IPA with another dimension of flavor. It's fruity upfront, with hints of orange and peach. Then the dragonfruit hits, WHAM! Then mellows out with a slight peppery taste, and hopped forward with Citra, Mosiac and Mandarina Bavaria hops with a surprising tingly mouthfeel leaving you wanting more. So I did, had to crack another 12 oz can and filled up my pint tulip and enjoyed!
