Before the haze hysteria swept the craft beer industry, IPA was defined by coast and the IBU was king. This example of a West Coast style IPA is brewed with a touch of oats and double dry hopped with Centennial and Sultana hops.

12oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'CANNED ON 02/18/21'.
Deep gold colored body. Slightly cloudy, but active carbonation is visible. Persistent white cap. Lacing coats the glass on the non-drinking side.
Aroma of hops which are fruity and berry.
Taste is citrus sweet and pith, with a bitterness level that is unusual for a current IPA release. Has some berry at the end of the taste profile. Citrus pith in the aftertaste.
Fuller mouth feel, likely from the oats. Higher ABV% is well hidden. Very good carbonation.
A version of a West Coast IPA, with manageable bitterness and an exemplary mouth feel. Hops and malt seem to balance.
