Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed-down, extra-friendly nature of the Midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.

From the 16 oz bottle via the brewery in a snifter. This solid little "Wisconsin"
ale pours a clear amber tinged straw color with a nice head of white foam that settles
to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some nice light lacing. Nose of light
grains, light breaded malts, faint herbal notes, subtle farmhouse style funk. Flavors
expand on the nose with white yeasty bread, cracker, subtle herbal hop elements,
light white grape tinges, and subtle grain notes. Mouth feel is medium light, smooth,
crisp, medium light effervescent carbonation, and a nicely balanced finish.
Overall, a solid brew from a new to me brewery!
Great end of summer crusher!
Cheers
