From a 16 oz. crowler I picked up at the end of the fall semester. Enjoyed about a month after canning.
Pours a light rose/cherry pink color. A wonderful surprise!
Faint aroma, with just a hint of berry ester. The sip has a delicate lavender note, with just the faintest whisk of everything else I’d expect in a saison. Easy drinker, all the same.
