Clearer than the saison-yeast variation on this otherwise identical recipe in collaboration with Akronym Brewing, it's more a wedding band gold as a result, with a white foam head of moderate height.
I can see the parallel with Acropolis in some of its lemony qualities, so that was perhaps from the hops, but this one is also more bitter of an almost pine character, allowing a more apparent, softer biscuit backing to present.
