Clear pale yellow brew with abundant foam in the tumbler. Lovely aroma of lime and melon. Light body and plenty of spritz. Slightly sweet and quite tangy. For being brewed with six different hops this is not over the top. Rather bitter aftertaste, but a lot of aromatics to the end. Quite a mix of flavors, from a bit of green apricot to lime peel and resins. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 02-05-2024.
