It isn't an anomaly, sometimes we just need to highlight one of our fav hops. This single-hopped Citra West Coast IPA is straight ahead with notes of mango nectar & lemonade.

A really pretty beer. Golden crystal clear drink topped with a fairly dense white cap. Decent retention and light lacing.
Tasty nose: orange rind, lemon zest and a bit floral.
Flavor starts off with the citrus notes but then moves into a generally green note that hints at pine resin and grass.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side. Carbonation dropped off a bit too.

Clear golden brew with abundant foam in the Saint Martin tulip. Lovely hoppy aroma, citrus and honeysuckle. Mouthfeel is sharp and on the slim side with plenty of spritz on the tongue. Just a hint of malt and any sort of sweetness. Taste is resiny and intense with grapefruit and lemon peel finish. Overall this is a tangy big hop brew that is quite sippable and plenty bitter in the aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Not dated.
