The manager told me this release had a higher ABV because it was winter and the days were shorter. Sure.
Yambak (also the name of the micro) Looks the part, except it could have a more lasting foam and, hence, I rate at only slightly above the average for the style. Smells give me strong hints of roasted malt and chocolate. Tastes are well balanced with the initial bittersweet chocolate evolving into a semi-dry finish. Medium-mouthed in full style.
