Our blonde base beer fermented with our house culture and aged in a gin barrel with fresh squeezed lemon and ginger juice. Taking inspiration from the classic "gin buck" cocktail, this beer has soft acidity and funk with heavy gin and oak aromatics with lemon and ginger playing a supporting role in the finish.
