Pours golden copper in color with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam with good retention. Aroma is spicy hops with a little zest. Clove, stone, and grass adorn the back half of the aroma. Flavor profile is grassy, spicy, and zesty hops with minor floral hops. Bready malts add some substance, with clove and heavy yeast, which lingers a bit past the finish, developing a little more complexity. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is soft with some minor siltiness. Overall, zesty little saison that remains me a bit of Tank 7 rather than a traditional saison.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can. Reviewed from notes.
