This delicate hazy pale ale starts with a base of Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. It’s hopped in the kettle with the freshest New Zealand Rakau and dry hopped with Rakau and Nelson Sauvin. The result is a smooth and crushable pale ale with notes of ripe cantaloupe, watermelon rind, and rose water.
