We’ve been dreaming this one up for a while and are pleased with how the coconut and vanilla meld together for a decadent and smooth, yet not too sweet, stout. It starts with a simple base of Vienna and Maris Otter with a ton of oats, chocolate wheat, and some other fun caramel malts. We conditioned this on a TON of fresh toasted coconut flakes and Madagascar vanilla beans. Notes of Mounds candy bars and dark chocolate with a roasty finish.
