16oz can at The Handlebar. Golden pour with a tight, frothy white head. Aroma is biscuity with a nice hoppy presence. Taste is clean and crisp,, malty, finishing with a nice hoppy bite.

9oz pour at the brewery.
Pours clear, whitish amber, creamy head, tons of carbonation. Smell is green and hoppy, a little tiny bit of grain and honeysuckle sweetness. Taste is bitter, resin and citrus rind, focus on lemon, almost an IPL lager twist to it. Mouthfeel is light and dry. Overall, very solid WCIPA.

Clear amber brew with fluffy foam in the Duvel nonic. Big aroma of green melon, lemon, and a whiff of orange peel. Lush and sudsy in the mouth with the long lasting froth. This classic combination of hops seems to keep on working well. It reminds me of Cascades from the olden days. But it's a clean taste of honeydew and lime. Rather sweet, but if you don't object to that it's highly sippable and flavorful. Really fruity, not overly bitter, then quite tangy, and long-lasting aromatics. Had to find much fault with this for a big IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 06/14/2024 so it's plenty fresh and tastes like it.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus and floral hops. Tastes of citrus and grassy hops with some floral notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

12 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a shaker glass. It pours a crystal clear, burnt yellow color with a thick ecru cap and heavy, swirling lacing. A classic West Coast look. Its smell offers lite citrus and pine resin over a crackery malt backbone. The taste is nicely bitter and crisp up front with the tartness of lemon peel and grapefruit rind, and dry pine sap. The mouth feel is just what I'd expect - crisp and lite and very drinkable at 6.8% ABV. Overall, Hello LA is a very approachable West Coast IPA. I wish I could have brought cans home on the plane.

Hello, LA pours a golden color with a large, long-lasting head. The aroma has notes of pine and oranges. The flavor is bitter, clean, and crisp, with notes of orange and pine. Good body and feel. Overall, fruity, without the fruit, flavorful, significant, and bold IPA.

Highland Park: Hello L.A.
Appearance (Look) – Golden with a bit of haze. Soapy white head.
Aroma (Smell) – Lemon and then funky and musty. Maybe some rubbery heat.
Taste – Nice strong pithy lemon taste. Pine comes through too. Refreshing.
Mouthfeel (Feel) – Medium body. Bubbly.
Overall – Nice. It’s bitter but doesn’t linger too long.

Hello DANK! Nose is like, well...you know. That scent is unmistakable. Taste has a bit if the piney resinous flavors as well. Not as much bitterness on the back end as I expected from the nose and taste, bit disappointed at that. Good beer.
