On tap at Fluid State in Ventura. Beautiful beer. Bitter hoppy classic HPB. Minimal head, dank more an IPA than a Pilsner. Cat piss/weed on the nose. As it warms it gets more pilsnerish, but fresh off the tap it’s an IPA.

Bought at San Diego Wine and Beer. ~6$ for 16oz can. Canned 12/18/24 and consumed 12/23/24.
A&S: Pale yellow-colored beer. Fizzy white head that dies quickly and doesn't leave lacing. The aroma is hop forward, dank, minty, floral, and piny.
T&M: Heavy pine in the taste. Medium bitterness and some spice in the finish. No real lager breadiness. No alcohol present. High carbonation, medium to low body.
Overall: This is a tough review. I really enjoyed drinking this beer, but I felt like I was drinking an IPA. I try not to bias my reviews with personal preferences, so even though I enjoyed drinking this beer, it is getting a lower score due to how a Pilsner is described.

Guessing there's plenty of Nelson in the hop bill, plenty of diesel and dank on the nose (less so on the taste profile). More body than I find in other WC Pils.
