From 07/29/15 notes. At Fools Gold in NYC at their Troegs tap takeover, 8 oz. pour.
Pours a hazy bright orange-yellow color with one inch of off white head and moderate carbonation evident. Very nice sour citrus and fruits, especially in the nose, as well as some wheat, citrus hops, and light funk in the taste. Crisp, light body and low carbonation, easy to drink.
Overall a very good gose. Not overly sour in the taste, but that makes it easier to drink. Well worth checking out.

Poured from a growler without the strawberry-rhubarb syrup. Cloudy golden body with a thick, foamy, slightly off-white head. Aroma is faint wheat, dried glass, a hint of grainy spice. Flavor is wheat up front, with a big wave of saltiness towards the end with hints of tartness. The tartness has just a touch of fruitiness to it, maybe apricot or another tree fruit. Feel is light, with medium foamy carbonation. Overall a nice gose with good Drinkability for the style.

Has a neat almost strawberry lemonade color.
Far too sweet with not enough saltiness (almost there) or tartness (not nearly enough).
It's very drinkable, and I enjoyed it, but it's just not what I want from a Gose.
