Sweet and juicy red raspberries are the star of this refreshing tart ale. The small and aromatic Key lime adds a bright pop of citrus, and fermentation with Hornindal Kveik yeast releases subtle notes of ripe pineapple. Raspberry Lime Tart & Fruit is brewed with 25 pounds per barrel of real fruit, and it shows!

Pours a hazy reddish pink with a 1/2" pink head, which dissipates. Light lacing.

Aroma of tart raspberry, citrus.

Taste is raspberry, lime.

Thin body, moderate carbonation. Tart finish.

A nice colored tart gose.

Hazy, reddish-amber appearance with a small off white head and light lacing. Pungent aroma that smelled (surprise!) of raspberries as the lime lingered more in the background. Refreshingly tangy taste, amped up by all that tart fruit. Dry, lingering finish. Well carbonated, light-to-medium bodied mouthfeel. Getting close to its best by date of 09/24/21.

(12 oz can, freshest by 08/11/2021; purchased cold as part of 15-can mix pack... poured into a fat tulip)

L: cloudy, pinkish-red liquid; tall burst of foam pink foam, fireworks collapse... no collar, no lace by the end

S: redolent raspberry expression, my word!, bit of a lambic-like lacto, citrus pith overtone... fruit character lovely, though it fades sharply depth, giving way to the grains

T: raspberry essence with floral (hibiscus?) highlights, gives way to a lime (rind and flesh) rush following it, the tartness of which seems to linger loudest in the aftertaste... bit of a wheaty, nutty note swells up after the finish by the second or third sip, edging more toward a dominant wheat note halfway through the glass... bitterness mild, accented perhaps by the fruits, lending a fresh herb (parsley, cilantro) 'green-ness'

F: light-bodied, effervescent attack, but with a slick, almost oily coating... decidedly ideal dryness, arguably on the thin side, ultimately moreish effect

O: never got around to trying their original raspberry version, so I can't compare, but the flavors here are popping fresh out of the gate and hold a bold enough intensity throughout... maybe able to have another, but not an all-nighter (1783)

Doesn't look like a beer... or anything else I've ever seen, really. It's somewhere between pink and whatever color raspberries are. Creamy strawberry mousse head with impressive staying power. Smells a lil funky and it's hard for me to decide whether its a good funk or a bad funk. Did they juice my sweaty armpit while I was sleeping? Some citrus on the nose, too, and that definitely helps matters. Tastes... fine. I wanna say alcoholic Kool-Aid but that's not really what we're dealing with here. This is more complex than that, but I'm having trouble putting it into words. Raspberries and funk up front with a refreshing blast of tart citrus on the back end. Very dry finish. Carbonation is on-point. OK, I'm done keyboard rambling. If you like your sours on the lighter end of the spectrum this will probably tickle your bottom like a feather duster. As for me, I'm good with just the one.

Hazy pinkish purple, nice pink head, good retention, slippery lace
Smells like raspberries
Tastes like raspberries, lime on the finish, tart, combination of lactic and citric
Medium bodied, lower carbonation than I'd like
Pretty decent if you're into that stuff

Poured cilled from the can in a tumbler

bright reddish orange color with fluffy pink head fine bead and good retention

The smell is fruity raspberry smell with yeast and mild malt in aroma faintly bready aroma

the feel is tart as the name implies and very lactic acidity with some berry and citrus essence moderately high carbonation with a dry light finish with lingering sour on the palate

Taste has big fruitiness of berry in the front with lime tang but flavors of yeast and acidic elements in middle with astringent puckering quality as it fades with drying after first sips it is very tart yet not overwhelmingly for 4.5% it is a quenching sour

Overall a pretty one dimensional small tart beer with lots of fruit yet very dry and bubbly almost spritzer -like beer adjacent raspberry tang with high carbonation level it is good but not one I would drink back to back
