Poured form a 12 ounce can into a pint glass. Decent white head that dissipates quickly. The body of the beer is a deep yellow. Minimal aroma detected. Fresh tasting with a nice malty sweetness balanced by the hops used, from the locally grown Thrall family farm grains. A nice idea and worthwhile, supporting Connecticut farmers.
