A California lager inspired by the local lagers of Franconia, Germany. Featuring all California grown ingredients including Feldblume malt from Admiral Maltings and fresh hopped with Triple Perle hops from Hoppin Raccoon Ranch in Clarksburg. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks for a month. Fresh baked garden berry pie with brown sugar and herb crust.
