I confess that I need to be more open-minded when it comes to tea being used in beer. In this case, the tea adds a very complex quality to this beer that I do not have the vocabulary to describe. One would say perhaps that there's an umami quality to the aftertaste? I don't know. All I can say is that I can drink gallons of this.
