A Silver Medal Winner at the North American Brewers' Association competition. A deep- copper colored medium-bodied American amber ale. Its fresh flavor is smooth and carefully balanced with a nice mellowness and hint of caramel malt balanced by medium hop bitterness. lt is an all malt beer that is naturally carbonated.

Poured out of the bottle -
No date on the bottle
very pretty orange/amber color. Carbonation was a little high and the mouth-feel ends up being thin.
There is a nice nutty flavor, but it is up front and diminishes quickly - the finish is dry . The beer doesn't offer much in the way of character or complexity.

A fairly run of the mill Amber that I got to try in a stellar Thai place in Sedona
