Lot 02 f a 21. Best before end 2024.
Beige head. Caramel brown color. Cloudy.
Bitter. A bit medicinal. Floral, earthy, and a bit malty. Maybe some mint. Some caramel, bready malts. Lots of spices. Yeasty, light fruit like red apples.
Too bitter. Just not for me. This is a miss on rolling the Fantome dice.

L: solid brown color with a fluffy foamy beige head with good retention and clumpy lacing.
S: molasses, raisin, tobacco, malt
T: follows the nose
F: moderate to full body, creamy
O: soothing

Bottle: Poured a dark black color ale with a large dirty white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of roasted malt notes with some strong sour notes and light acidic notes are also perceptible with some herbal notes. Taste is also a weird mix of off-balance flavorus between some spiced notes, acidic notes and some roasted malt notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. This brewery beads are either hit or miss with this one to eb file under ‘’miss’’.
