Okay technical difficulty I had to redo this review It's going to be beer notes from memory...

I reset my glass to make sure it was nice and clean so I can see the performance in the look of this beer...

I open the cannon and I was unimpressed with the sound that it made and the gas that rushed out of it as I gave it a smell... I could smell a light odor of honey maybe from the malt nothing else... On my second sniff I could smell a familiar what I would call Mexican aroma which is maybe a variety of hop...

I poured it into a glass and it wasn't really foaming and I got aggressive with the pour... Nothing really nothing... I let it settle in and I observed The color to be just above a pilsner... SRM equals 5... It's clear... Absolutely no head no lacing This is going to cost some points boyz .... I was wondering if it was adequately carbonated but as soon as I took the first and second gulps... They produced a good burp both times.... That's a quality motor you know for carbonation... And it's a good indicator of taste

Now that first taste was a little bit of lemon.... And second taste was sweet and I would say Malty sweet...

The body is light... Smoothing refreshing very drinkable....

So I'm establishing scores for this... I mean if Mexican beer is not supposed to have any head whatsoever... I need to increase my score... for look

Smell: there is nothing off... but nothing real noticeable except a little bit of honey and maybe malty sweetness and that characteristic of a Mexican style hop which I don't know quite how to describe... By name anyway...

Taste: I'm going to say this pair well with food .... the first taste was lemon the second was sweet It wasn't really like a lemon drop.. but it was very refreshing and clean and crisp to finish...

Mouth feel it's a light body... there's plenty of carbonation there's a little lemon note feels good in my mouth and I'm getting hungry... Can you pass me those tortillas and a big scoop of taco meat... Don't forget the cheese... I bet this pair is so well with food... Let's go easy on the hot sauce but yes a little sour cream....

I want to this to be a fair rating so I think I need to try it again... and meanwhile I probably need to do my research....To make sure I'm doing this one justice...

It's (the score) is going to end up on the low side... But compared to Corona I think you're probably a 1.3;multiplier if not more.... I'll probably be back to review this one if I can get it...

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a tiny head. Smells of caramelized grain. Tastes of sweet grain with nice caramelized notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.
