Pours a cloudy straw orange with a finger of head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring with little lacing. Aroma of apricot and citrus. Taste follows nose. Nicely tart.

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: American Fruited Sour
Glass: Clear 16-oz. Bruges beer glass
Price: $3.75
From: Trader Joe’s in Hawthorne, Calif.
Purchased: Aug. 21, 2020
Consumed: Aug. 23, 2020
Misc.: Canned on Aug. 8, 2020
Grabbed a can of this with a bunch of other singles on a recent trip to Trader Joe’s. Have seen Full Circle a few times at Windmill Farms, but for some reason always overlooked them. Grabbed a can of this one and a vanilla milkshake IPA. Back of the can had this as, “Brewed with apricot, cinnamon, vanilla and lactose.”
Poured a medium yellow hazy color with 1-to-2 fingers of off-white frothy head. Could see some bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Decent watery lacing. Decent retention. (Sight - 3.25)
Smelled cinnamon, nutmeg, mulling spices, apricot, peach cider, red apple, vanilla cream, lactose and pumpkin spice. Not as good out of the can with more earthy malts. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted less spice than the nose, but still there. In order got apricot, peach cider, red apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, mulling spice, vanilla cream, lactose, graham cracker and pumpkin spice. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, spicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Probably didn’t need a full can of this for how sweet it was, but outstanding overall. (Overall - 4.00)

Murky bright orange appearance with an off-white cap, some carbonation visible. Smell and taste are clones: huge apricot marmalade, moderate cinnamon and vanilla combine well with the apricot, complimenting lemon juice, clementine, and table sugar present as well, but make no mistake this is very fruit forward. Body is bright, tart and sweet finish, and otherwise surprisingly light with decent carbonation, want a touch more gravity here to ground flavoring

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy bright orange color with a finger of sudsy white head. The head leaves in a hurry, leaving some minimal lacing as it settles into a thin halo.
The aroma is pretty simple: Apricot, vanilla, and a faint pinch of cinnamon.
The flavor brings a ton of apricot, with a hint of apple pie, vanilla and subtle cinnamon. There's a faint idea of funk on the back.
The feel is medium bodied with lively carbonation. Very crisp. Very dry. Very tart.
Overall, this is an OK wild ale. It comes exactly as advertised, bringing a ton of apricot and vanilla.

L: Deep amber.
S: Strong apricot with vanilla.
T: Apricot pie in a nut shell. A slow rush of apricot flavors that peaks into vanilla and cinnamon flavor. There isn't a strong bread note at the end but creamy lactose.
F: Light apricot pie.
O: A strong dessert pie beer with a bit of whip cream on top.
