A classic English session beer. Full bodied, yet moderate in strength with a sweet biscuit and bready malt profile. East Kent Golding hops yield light hoppy notes to the aroma and palate, while the English yeast produces fruity flavors reminiscent of apricots.

On tap at the brewery, taster. Nice copper colored pour, small foamy beige head. Nice, soft malty aroma, brown bread, caramel. More earthy malts in the flavor, coupled with a nice feel. Spot on....

The appearance was a soft copper color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated lightly. Lacing slides into the beer.
The smell had some sweet biscuit and bready maltiness.
The taste takes the aroma and adds a light grassy earthiness to it, mild, not bad. There's a semi-sweet maltiness leading into the aftertaste with a mild sweet bready finish.
The mouthfeel was about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light.
Overall, its a good ESB, its nothing like a Fuller's, but I think IBC did what they wanted to with this one.
