Reviewed from old notes. 18 ounce sleeve at the Old Spaghetti Factory.
Pours a pale yellow with one finger of white head that leaves some frosted window lace as it recedes.
Smells of fresh bread, faint apple, lemon zest and grassy hops.
Tastes of crackery pale malt, apple skin, more zesty lemon and some leafy vegetable hops.
Feels light and fizzy. Light bodied with foamy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Recommended. Not bad, refreshing.
