Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, ruby coloring with a pink, filmy head. Nose of ginger and beet, sweet and balanced, but unmistakenly ginger and beet. Flavors of earth, beet, with a ginger and citrus tail-end. Light, smooth bodied, with an earthy and citrus aftertaste. Smooth, clean finish. Very interesting brew. One of the most unique I have ever tasted.
