Full pour at HopCat Detroit. Pours with rose-tinted translucence, not much in the way of head, subtle lacing, as expected for a berliner. Nose is sour with some butter. Taste is OK but this has some diacetyl issues...not undrinkable, but def. butter going on. Finish is buttery with mild sour tartness. Could have been a great beer but the big D - diacetly, not Detroit - ruins this one for me.
