Synalpheus Pinkfloydi is a cherry lemonade Gose brewed brewed with Lemondrop hops, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, coriander, lemon and Balaton cherries from King Orchards. Slightly hazy with a light pink color and moderate head retention, this summertime Gose smells of bright cherry, tart lemon, and a little salt. Despite a lengthy list of ingredients, Synalpheus Pinkfloydi has a great balance of flavors. Tart cherry and lemon complement the saltiness of a classic Gose. A dry and tart finish rounds out this easy drinking summer brew.

Poured the color of really well brewed iced tea, before the ice is added. I looked for red or pink tints but didn't see any. The 'head' tried and failed, aside from some visible carbonation it looked more like aforementioned Iced tea.
The aroma was mild for me (Chemically damaged nose) but there was no doubt this was a sour.
The taste was good, but I didn't get cherry or lemonade - cranberry maybe. Even the salt was subdued.
Feel was good, despite the lack of head, there was enough carbonation to give it the necessary zip.
OA, good but not my favorite sour. YMMV

S: slightly tart with a salty aroma.
T: cranberry trainees with a lemonade kick, and a touch of sea salt in the finish.

This beer was exactly as described if not better as a cherry lemonade gose. Sweet, tart salty and full of lemon and cherry flavors. I would definitely have a few in one sitting but sadly only picked up one from the Vintage Estate. Give it a try!

12 fl. oz bottle
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours a rosy amber hue. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves quickly with no trace.
The smell is tart cherry and lemon and briny.
The taste is quite tart with the aforementioned cherry and lemon. It has a pleasantly salty and dry finish.
Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel
This is quite an enjoyable beverage. The flavors, the smell, and the dryness really hit the spot after a warm spring day of working outside.

Appearance - Pours deep ruby color with a light red head that disappears as quickly as it appears. No lacing.
Aroma - Big tart cherry aroma, lemon/lime, salt is noticeable. Salty, sweet and a little tart all in one.
Taste - Mild cherry, little funk, some salt, I get the lemon. Everything is there, not to complain but would have liked a little more cherry but still tastes good.
Feel - light bodied not over carbed very light and easy drinking.
Overall - Well done, little more cherry and salt in the taste and this would have been a home run. It is still really tasty, a perfect pool beer.
