The Grey is a Belgian-style grisette brewed with Castle Chateau Pilsen malt. Slightly hazy, pale yellow in color, and with a substantial white head, this beer carries clove, banana, and bready aromas. Light to medium bodied, The Grey features flavors of bread, clove esters, and floral notes from the Saaz hops. Well balanced and approachable, it finishes with a pleasant dryness.

Had this grisette on tap at the pub, served in a pint glass. Hazy straw in color with a collar of white foam. Aromas typical of a Belgian style: clove, banana, a bit of bubblegum, crusty white bread and biscuit. Flavors match to the aroma, with clove and white bread notes at the forefront with a banana/floral/zippy finish.
