Ephemera is a Farmhouse style Saison brewed with Spelt and aged in oak wine barrels for two years. Light oak and melon and floral aromas are followed by flavors of honey, biscuit, clove, and honeydew. Medium bodied with a dry finish, Ephemera finishes with a touch of tartness and that fine, farmhouse funk.

Poured from bottle to snulip. Honey gold in color with a half finger of foam. Nice balanced aromas of funk, grain, fruit, and oak. Woody oak hits first on the tongue, with wheat, white grape, biscuit, spice, and a touch of funky goodness to round it out. Well worth a pickup.
