Pours a clear yellow with no head on top. the smell is of extreme papaya. Taste isn’t the best, can tell there’s some papaya in it. Overall it was an ok beer.

April 2023 Passion Project Release - 6 pack
12 oz. can dated 042023 (4/20/23) - 8.4% ABV / 4 IBU / 5 TA
Brewed and canned in Elk Rapids, MI
Poured into a Bell's branded tulip snifter glass
Look - Pours a thin and fizzy off-white head that evaporates instantly. Clear, light orange color with a lot of streaming bubbles.
Smell - The scent is mostly papaya and soursop, but it's very faint.
Taste - The taste follows the nose and the high ABV is hidden well. This brew has a nice champagne-like quality to it.
Feel - Medium bodied with a sticky mouthfeel and finishes very dry.
Overall - There's not much tartness with this being a sour ale, but the papaya and soursop flavors are good. The champagne-like dryness of this brings the drinkability down a bit.
