Beer meaning, "buckwheat drunk".
Very clear filtered body, brown color with a normal-looking head that held its own. Nose is roasted tea, mugi-cha, and a bit watery.
Taste is super-subtle roasted grains, giving a lengthy trip on the taste. A thick, creamy feel, like hoji-cha ice cream, with touches of coffee. Buttery. Lightly bitter.
Super light and tight carbonation. Well-balanced brew.
