Natural huckleberry flavor is added to this hefeweizen to make it the perfect blend of sweet and refreshing for any and all summer fun. Pairs nicely while frolicking through the countryside. And what the heck does a huckleberry taste like? A blueberry. But better.

6/2/18...pours bright gold, light ring of white foam. Light fruity smell, mostly berry, which I understand from the label to be huckleberry. Slight wheat, berry fruits, a little sweet. Not much else to manage through. Novel use of a fruit, but otherwise unremarkable.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy golden yellow color with medium sized white head. The aroma is blueberry driven with some wheat tossed in. The taste is fruit and some wheat.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip
A- slightly hazy golden color with a one-finger foamy off-white head that has short retention
S- aroma has an almost wine-like note, likes zinfandel. There's also some berry notes and a hint of toasted wheat
T- light and sweet huckleberry note up front, along with some white grape flavors. Mid-palate brings out a bit of toasted wheat. The finish is slightly sweet wth lingers of more berry sweetness
M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish
O- an easy drinking summer beer that has nice berry notes throughout

A: Pours a hazy straw yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Huckleberry, wheat, and a bit of vague fruitiness in there as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the huckleberry and fruity notes and goes into the wheat, spicy yeast, and a touch of bitterness. Finishes with lingering huckleberry and yeasty undertones
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A decent summer brew that is easy to drink. Surprising little kick of bitterness from combination of the yeast and berries, though. Not a hard pass, but definitely far from my first choice

UFO Huckleberry has a thick, fizzy, white head, a hazy, gold-yellow appearance, tan sediment chunks, minimal glass lacing, and a descending yellow-gray cloud, following the "swish & pour". Aroma is of berries and white bread. Taste is of spiced white bread, acidic berry, and tap water. Mouthfeel is medium, and UFO Huckleberry finishes medium dry.
