Beautiful blanket of lace from the fully faded head. The beer is hazy but not as much as I would expect from a beer with 'hazy' in its name.
The smell has the distinctive yeast profile of a Saison. Light earthiness.
More Farmhouse than IPA, this beer features a decent hop kick but it's behind the strong yeasty bite. Neutral body with an elevated carbonation level. The hop lingers longest in the aftertaste but that's as the yeast fades.
