This is what a mass produced NE IPA tastes like. This definitely looks the part however, I don’t smell anything really and all I taste is a tad bit of juice with bitterness. Not bad but definitely not a great NE IPA IMO.

Hazy golden color. Moderate level of streaks and spots on the glass.
Very mild aroma of grainy barley and light green spices like oregano and rosemary.
Crisper than most Saisons which enhances the peppery flavors. The pale malt base is soft but continually present. The black pepper is the predominate flavor in the swallow and aftertaste. Overall, a decent middle-of-the-road Saison.
