Pours amber with a 1/4 inch cream-colored head, which dissipates. Moderate lacing. Slight haze.

Aroma is strong coffee. Not much else.

Taste is coffee grounds. Hard to detect much else. Mild bitterness, mostly from coffee. A bit astringent.

Medium bodied. Light carbonation. Semi-dry finish, with coffee aftertaste.

Dunkin' coffee beer, ridiculous? Yes! But this is a decent coffee pale ale.

Appearance: Bright & effervescent bronze
Aroma: Fresh baked coffee cake, grapefruit, & pineapple
Mouth feel: Soft & light with some moderate carbonation
Taste: Soft, subtle roast, pineapple upside down cake, light stone fruit
Finish: Balanced with a lingering hint of sweet amber malt and coffee
Best in this genre. A heavenly marriage of positive characteristics. An excellent adjunct to a breakfast or brunch buffet. A superlative mourning ale.

Canned 4/1/19. Pours a cloudy gold hue with lacing around the glass. Light roasted coffee essence in nose with a touch of hops. It's surprisingly quenchable and the pale ale base seems to jive well with the coffee. Well worth a try if you're looking for something different to quench your thirst in the summertime.

Around a medium body with a decent amount of lasting carbonation. Overall a nice crisp feel
Aroma is lightly roasted coffee, lightl6roasted malt, earthy hops
Taste was basically the same as aroma. Coffee was there but hops really dominated the taste

Hazy amber with a white head. Good retention and lacing.

Smells like fresh medium-roast coffee, honey, toast, and orange zest.

Tastes like caramel malt, honey, toast, generic citrus, and some coffee roast. A bit subdued.

Medium feel, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy.

A decent coffee pale ale. Not my favorite, though.

Pours clear amber with a thin white head that lasts. Aroma is fruity and some coffee. Taste ashy coffee with some hop bitterness. Feel is quite good, nice body to this one. Overall a decent pale ale.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Clear amber pour with thick fluffy white head. Great lacing.

S: Coffee... and light citrus hops. Coffee dominates.

T.F. Crackery grains and strong coffee up front. Lighter citrus and pine hops... modest bitternes and the coffee roast adds an almost mild sour quality. The flavors play together better than expected... light bodied and drinkable.

O: Pretty much what it advertises... a coffee APA. Not a favorite style but decent enough flavor .
