It's gotta have been a decade or more since I last had any U.F.O. They do a good job with these berry wheats IMO. Not too sweet or tasting of fake flavoring. Glad to see them still getting their stuff on tap locally.

Pours a reddish tinted amber color, modest head fades quickly. Aroma is definitely raspberry with a touch of graininess. Flavor follows suit - slightly astringent with a pleasant sourness. Raspberries are present but not exaggerated - sweetness is kept to a minimum. I like this beer, it's pretty refreshing and a pleasure to drink. I"d buy it again, I hope it's around during the warmer weather.

Look: Pinkish Gold and hazy.
Smell: Raspberry
Taste: Strong raspberry taste, reminiscent of juice or popsicles with a light grain finish.
Feel: Medium body with soft carbonation
Overall: A very nice rendition of a raspberry wheat. Well balanced and refreshing.

Reddish brown color. Cloudy. Minor head which settles to rim bubbles. No lacing.
Definitive raspberry to the nose. It’s still dry.
Think raspberry jam without any sugar. The body is rich but the higher carbonation helps cut it to neutral. The flavor has an interesting pause mild-taste where nearly no flavor is present. The swallow brings back the raspberry with some other berry fruits and a touch of sweetness. Weak aftertaste.
