On tap. Wynkoop called it a "tiny beer" which is truth in advertising. Similar in strength to the monk's single for the table, this saison was very blonde, not too hoppy and had an interesting yeast playing around. Petite Saison had wheat in the bill and this helped give a softness that got along well with a sandwich. At 23 IBU, I considered this delicately balanced. But also, not something I'd go back too if it could be found. Seemed more like a brew-pub experiment, venturing a bit more into the Belgian world.
