Edition 2014 -- Draft, Oct 2015
A: Sourness, some grainy wheat presence, almost vinous in its sour aroma.
A: Copper color, somewhat clear with a thin ring of head.
T: Sour, grain wheat flavor that's slightly nutty with a prominent amount of oak.
M: Light bodied with light carbonation. The beer is moderately acidic, but clean.
O: Unusual slightly nutty wheat aroma and flavor from the kamut (ancient wheat strain), not overly complex, but has a clean sour quality.
