On a firkin at the Michigan Brewer's Guild Summer Festival 2011. After talking to one of the brewers who said he worked on this beer, I found out that jasmine is a flower that is used commonly is green tea. He told me to expect a light, natural green tea like flavor and aroma.

Appearance
This beer is light. Its hazy, but only partially so. The color is a pale white-yellow.

Aroma
This aroma is indeed light, and very tea like. Lots of floral scents going on. A little bit of base beer aromas like wood and wheat-like grains.

Taste
This is a very light and refreshing drink. Very tea like. It does make me think of green tea. There isn't really any sourness, just a gentle funkiness and yeastiness. Lots of floral and melon tastes.

Mouthfeel
I should have been using this beer as a palate cleanser throughout the day. It's light body, gentle, rolling carbonation, dry finish and fresh, unobtrusive flavor profile is a nice refresher to the hops, bourbon and barrels of the weekend.

Overall
This hardly seemed alcoholic. It will actually even trick you into thinking that its a health drink. I could feel the antioxidants!
