Pours a slightly unfiltered hazy golden color with a sudsy white that leaves a surprising amount of lacing. The nose is skewed to the lemon and lime, and so is the taste. That’s not a bad thing, but this is a very one dimensional beer that could’ve been much more with a better balanced flavor profile.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving just a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is rather strong of a stale corn and off bready smell mixed with some musty lime and lemon. The aroma is quite off putting.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather lemon and lime forward flavor mixed with some corny and bready tastes. The tastes are thick and heavy for a light brew and don’t meld well with the citrus. There are also tastes of paper and metal and a little bit of hay and herb. Overall, the flavors in the end leave one with a rather bad and very off-putting taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is heavy for a 4.5 % abv brew with a carbonation level that is low. All wrong for the tastes and the style and makes if difficult to drink.
Overall – This is not a brew I would ever recommend or have again. Not for me and probably not for you…

12oz can into a pint glass. Code seems to indicate canned on 3/16/20, so a little under 2 months old.
Looks decent. Faintly hazy dull golden yellow body with slow streams of carbonation. Small white head dissipates to nothing about halfway through. No lacing.
Smells just like a margarita. Nice.
Upon tasting, the margarita comes through, but light. Like if you took Founders Mas Agave and watered it down. At 6.5abv alcohol is well nigh undetectable.
Mouth close to medium, finish is salty lime.
Overall, it's an okay beer, glad to have tried it, something a little different. And the name is hilarious.

Bought two from Tavour. My can says 6.5% and it clearly is a lager (there was a wheat ale, now retired.)
Details aside, Adios' hit the spot. (In fact, I'm going to keep the second from Tavour for myself.)
A decent-looking lager, close to the style's crystal standard. Smells are very interesting, brief malt backbone followed by bounteous lime, lemon and, let's say, some tequila salt. Aging in tequila barrels is a subtle thing and it shows up in the Taste. An odd after-taste at first and then it becomes good fast. Tingly in the mouth, Adios has just enough bubbles to cleanse the palate. I had it with moderate Indian food and the pairing was good.
While I think it is interesting that Rahr is a multi-generational brewer (with hiatus at the send of the 20th Century) that specializes in lagers, their website is very 1950s retro and I give it a below average rating because the world has moved on.

The name was all it took to get me to try this beer. Overall it is a good beer. The lime came through in the smell and taste. I tasted another spice I can't quite figure out. Maybe cinnamon? Enjoyed this.

I had to get this beer (as part of a sampler pack at a local grocery store) based on the name alone, but I expected it be insipid and watered-down. Instead I got a very pleasant surprise, a decent light lager with lots of fresh lemon and lime notes, very fresh tasting and not just phony lemon-lime notes as one might get from a soda. --- A little bit of spices too, but overall a delectable fruity thirst quenching beer.

Clear golden head leaves lacing, not a real smell to it, good taste with a subtle lime flavor not like a fake lime taste like bud light lime, very thin low carb

Light yellow in color with an almost non existent head. Somewhat sweet smell with a hint of lemon zest. Malty backbone with hints of lemon and lime. Smooth, crushable, great summer beer

12oz can. Poured out a clear, bubbly straw yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lime, subtle lemon and caramel. Sweet caramel with faint lemon/lime notes.
