    I don't have a question, I just wanted to say that Hop Butcher for the World is an excellent name for a Chicago-area brewery. :grinning:

    Don't have a question just wanted to said I'm glad to see Hop Butcher be apart of this fest been wanting to try Hop Butcher beers for a while mostly due to the Beerists podcast.

    Been supporting you guys since you were South Loop Brewing Company ... that first batch of Colombian Coffee Exposition Stout was sublime. Where do you see you guys going next? Any plans for your own place?

    but most importantly when is Columbian Coffee Exposition Stout coming back?

    Yup. Union stock yards ...hog butcher for the world. And Hop Butcher does the hazy so well.

    What do you think is the best combination of two hops?

    Do you think certain hops, when used together, can cancel out each other's character?

    Citra seems to have been king for so long. Curious if you have any thoughts on the evolution of that hop over the past 10 years or so. Thanks for the beer!!
