    Don't have a question just wanted to said I'm glad to see Hop Butcher be apart of this fest been wanting to try Hop Butcher beers for a while mostly due to the Beerists podcast.

    Citra seems to have been king for so long. Curious if you have any thoughts on the evolution of that hop over the past 10 years or so. Thanks for the beer!!

    A decent amount of sediment at the bottom of my can... anytime I experience that in a beer, I kinda like it, and always rouse it and pour it in. What are y’all’s thoughts on that phenomenon?
