    I got to try a Barbar Belgian Honey Ale in a beer tasting event, and totally fell in love with it. The sweetness is present but not too much, and also the great floral note from the smell and taste. The combination between the sweetness from the honey and from the Belgian yeast is incredible. I liked it so much that I immediately got more of it, and use it as a dessert drink.

    In all likelihood, you'll find this hard to get in your area... but it's my go-to beer on tap. I tell non-craft-aficiniados that it's like a Blue Moon, but so much better. And at 7%, it's dangerous to session - but I do it anyway. It's good enough that I usually go out of my way to send it as an extra in trades.

    I'll add Plan Bee Farm Brewery, awesome addition of honey to their beers and some of my faves. Try them if you have not and are able.

    I believe all iterations of Eclipse IS by 50/50 brewing are done with honey. Can't go wrong with Eclipse...

    I can only think of two that I like:

    1) Rogue Honey Kolsch (actually a really on-target Kolsch with just the right balance of honey)
    2) Off Color Scurry (tastes like honey multigrain bread)
