I will be traveling to St Louis this afternoon with plans to fly out tomorrow morning. WhenI get to St Louis, I am shipping a box of field gear back to NC and figured I might as well toss in a few bottles if some interesting stuff is available in the St Louis area.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

Pending where you will be there is:

The Wine and Cheese place (multiple locations throughout Saint Louis and always carries good stuff)
Craft Beer Cellar (just opened in Clayton which isn't terribly far from airport, like 10-15mins.)
Lukas Liquor (this one is kinda far out in Chesterfield area but isn't frequented as much so you can typically find some lingering stuff)
Friar Tuck's (there is multiple locations around STL but crestwood is closest to the airport I think?)
Randall's Liquor (locations all over STL, closest one is on jefferson just off HWY 44.)

    Hope this helps!

I am well versed in searching the available "places" information on BA and Ratebeer, but I thought I might actually ask for the recommendations of BAs based on current beer availability.

For example, Craft Beer Cellar is too new to have hit the sites yet.

So, thank you for your comment. It was very helpful.

Totally off topic here, and I really shouldn't even get involved, but replies from @evilcatfish are exactly the opposite of what this site (to me) is all about. You provided nothing helpful at all and replied to the OPs explanation of why he was looking for additional feedback from local BAs who might have better info and you reply with a shitty, passive-aggressive response? Total dick move, bro. Why even reply at all other than to be a dick? You having a bad day? U mad, bro?

Sorry, OP. I don't know St. Louis well enough at all to be able to offer suggestions, but hope you can get some more useful replies (looks like your first reply was solid)!

    Cheers!

Wow, you need to chill and not take a little light hearted razzing so seriously. This topic does come up constantly though, with pretty much the same results. Had the OP mentioned a specific area he was confined to or how much time he had, it would have been better. Better yet, check out StL Hops

Someone posts almost this exact thread at least once a week, there is no reason for it, just people being lazy and not using the search function and narrowing it to this sub forum. Same stuff over and over
    Twcp
    Randall's
    Friar tucks
    Craft beer cellar
    Lukas liquor

Should just have an automated response if it's going to be a new thread every day
